Various and Sundry Things: Barre Class

I am always looking to try different work outs to mix it up from my normal routine, I get bored easily.  Recently I have been taking barre class at my gym and let me tell you it gets you in all the right places.  The class is a great mixture of yoga, pilates, dance, and just painful little motions that make your muscles BURN-OH-SO-GOOD!  I was a little intimidated at first  thinking that I would have to have some dance experience, but it is really great for all fitness levels (click here to see all the benefits of Barre).  Barre class has been all the rage with celebs and I can see why.  Have you ever taken a Barre class?

Of course when you try something new it’s good to reward yourself with cute work out clothes, not food.  I tend to gravitate towards bright colors and crazy patterns.
