Have you ever tried meditation? I have made some failed attempts…this could probably be contributed to the fact I was in bed and fell asleep within 5 seconds (smell that determination). Knowing my failed attempts, a friend of mine recommended I try this 21 day meditation challenge. To keep me honest and in-check I have enlisted a couple of friends and coworkers to keep me from deviating/napping. The challenge starts March 11th and goes through the end of March. Would you ever challenge yourself to make a lifestyle change? If so what would/did you do?
