Various and Sundry Things: A New Beginning

I am so excited to leave behind 2012; the past year has had so many ups and downs for so many people. For me, I feel as though this past year has more cons than pros, so I am ready to leave behind the natural disasters, major life changes and unkept promises. Speaking of unkept promises, I have decided for the second time in my life I am making an honest New Years Resolution. Last year, I made a promise to myself not to make excuses. I naturally am a homebody, but my friends are not, so in the past I felt as though I was missing out on some many experiences and memories by remaining in my comfort zone (my pants and my couch). I am proud to say that I spent less time on my couch in 2012. I haven’t 100% settled on what I want to accomplish for 2013, but I look forward to a challenge and change it will surely bring. What about you, do you make New Year resolutions? Do you aim for larger goals like losing weight or getting out of debt or do you aim for something less intense like flossing daily? We would love to hear what New Year resolutions have made this year…
