I am having some issues getting online from my computer so I will have to do another food post from my phone for today. At my fathers request I am sharing one of his recipes, steamed shrimp. He made it last night as part of our seafoodfest, and it was fabulous.
2-3 lbs of shrimp
1 can of beer- the darker the better
I can on water- equal part to the beer
Old Bay-to taste
Boil beer/water mixture. Add shrimp to to boiling water. Cut onion into rings and add to the pot. Add few shakes of Old Bay seasoning. Wait until shrimp is pink. Drain liquid from shrimp, sprinkle with more Old Bay then serve.
