I have been making banana bread for a few years and this batch, by far, was my best to date. Every time I make it I change up the add-ins. Chocolate chips vs walnuts, or both? This time it was just chocolate chips.
I think adding an extra banana did the trick to make it extra moist-I usually add 3.
My husband and I have put quite a dent in it. Hopefully there is some left!

3-4 Very Ripe Bananas-My trick stick them in the freezer when they thaw they are mushy
1/3 Cup Veggie Oil
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
1/2 Tablespoon of Salt
1.5 Cups of Flour
Chocolate chips- I added about a cup
Preheat oven to 325. Mash bananas. Mix in oil, egg, and vanilla. Add all other dry ingredients until moist. Bake for ~45 mins. Enjoy!
