Feed Me : Quick and Easy Summer Salad

I couple years ago I finally developed a taste for Gorgonzola cheese and I haven’t looked back. I was so in love I started finding ways to incorporate it more into my recipes. One day I threw together this salad out of desperation from hunger and limited ingredients. The best thing about this salad other than the tastes is the fact that it takes me 15 minutes to throw this together. Which says a lot because generally I take 3x the time stated in prep and cook time on any recipes.

Ingredients:

Fresh strawberries (quartered)

Fresh blue berries

I can of chick peas

Gorgonzola cheese

Baby spinach or spring mix

Directions:

Make sure you to wash everything and then just throw everything except the Gorgonzola cheese together in a bowl. I like to add the cheese with each serving. You can then add any vinaigrette dressing. I prefer a raspberry or balsamic vinaigrette.

My apologies for lack of pictures. They all came out really blurry.
