Threads: Mad Men Style

I finally started watching Mad Men and I am hooked. My husband and I have been watching several episodes an evening, and marathoning it all day on the weekends. We have just about finished Season 3, but I am sure we will be all caught up in a few days.

Immediately I noticed how much I loved what all the female characters were wearing. Bold colors, pencil skirts, shirts with bows, floral prints, pearls, scarves, and polka dots, all things that have been inspiring my outfits. Then I saw Banana Republic Mad Men Collection was returning for Spring 2012 , how exciting! I checked it out over the weekend and it full of beautiful everyday wear.  I even bought the coffee table book written by the fashion director. It has great tips to embrace your inner mad men style!
